Lyndi and I got the chance to shoot a wedding on Valentine's Day. It was something we did for free, being our first time ever shooting a wedding. It was a perfect first wedding to shoot because it wasn't too too formal- it was at 9am at Hueston Woods and afterwards they had breakfast instead of a reception. It wasn't a very pretty place to take pictures and it was too cold to go outside, but I think that a lot of the pictures turned out pretty good, especially being our first time. Here are a few of my favorites:

-This was pretty much my first time ever doing a photo with one colored object in a black and white image, so I was pretty excited. It has been my dream in life to learn how to do this!!
-I just really like the color and the close up of the jewelry in this one.
-This might be my favorite image due to the fact that it was the moment that they were saying bye to each other before getting ready for the ceremony. I just love the moment it captures!
-Her ring with her flowers. Cliche' I know, but it's still pretty.
-The groom's girls helping each other get ready
-This one's self explanatory.
-Her best friend helped her put all of her jewelry on.
-I love how this is right in the middle of her putting her garter on.

-It took three people and a quite a while to get the groom's boudinere on.
-The couple joining hands during the ceremony
-She was crying the whole time during the ceremony
-The exchanging of the rings
-"You may now kiss the bride....."
-The couple sneaking a kiss during breakfast
-Gotta get the cute little details!
-The flowers
-Again cliche', but I like it.
-Some of the portraits....
-I just like the spontaneity of this one of him taking her garter off

-I love this. I saw the jacket sitting on the chair and just had to take it!
